MIBEJO Group was founded in 2013, but is based on the earlier company MIBEJO Technology that was founded in 2006 in Gothenburg. Our vision was to offer experienced project managers and technical coordinators with a high level of technical competence and that will be the same within the MIBEJO Group.
All of us at Mibejo are highly committed people with a proven ability to solve problems for our clients and add value to their businesses. Our general approach to the market as well as the way we serve our customers build on a number of core values that we from the outset on integrated into the foundation of our company. Working methodes
Our project managers with extensive experience has over the years worked with different types of technologies such as telecommunications, building practice, electronics, ventilation and climate design and defense Products as well as production methodes. As some people expresses ”that domain knowledge in the working field” will improve progress during product development. The Consultants with many different experiences from different diciplinenes at relatively high level of detail also improve the Project management and technical coordinator.
Add to this methodology and experience from some different project models, it helps to quickly get into the new project. With experience from Wenell project model, PROPS (Xlmp), Agile methods and computer tools that support this new methodology gives excellent preconditions for taking over an ongoing project or to start a new one.
Is then the project manager a driven configuration person who has been accustomed to structure products and systems becomes the way to the goals often clearer and easier to fulfill. Therefore, we know the importance of setting reasonable and measurable objectives and to have a strategy and methodology to reach these. Obviously, communication is a key part of the project both within the project as well as to the control and reference groups and management.
